Responsibilities
- Create and maintain all project-related billings to clients
- Prepare monthly invoices for all billable projects
- Review and approve sub-consultant invoices.
- Set up new projects and maintain all project information int he accouting software
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Investigate and resolve billing adjustments
- Maintain the Daily Revenue billing cycle
- Work directly with project managers on assignments
- Produce ad-hoc reports for A/R, A/P, And billing
- Other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferred)
- Outstanding academic performance required with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in business
- Strong ability to juggle multiple billing projects and deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of government contract types (T&M, Lump Sum & CPFF)
- Detail oriented nature with strong organizational and follow up skills
- The ability to thrive in a team environment.
- High level of interpersonal communication skills – Oral and written
