TITLE: Night Manager
REPORTS TO: Administrator
METHOD OF PAY: Hourly
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The primary purpose of the Night, Weekend, and Evening Supervisor is to oversee the facility as directed by the Administrator in his/her absence to assure that proper administrative procedures are maintained at all times. The Night, Weekend, and Evening Supervisor are to create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and all shifts.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a liaison with the residents, their families, support departments, etc., to adequately plan for the residents' needs.
- Maintain Security at the facility at all times and be available for emergency calls.
- Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating resident care to ensure that the resident's total regiment of care is maintained.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have minimum High School Diploma, some college
- Previous senior living experience preferred.
