As a Development Representative, you will serve as a front-line ambassador for the development program at the hospitals and the entire system’s fundraising initiatives under the direction of the program managers. Use your effective relationship-building and communication skills to act as a liaison between donors, trustees, physicians, and the Foundation personnel using your utmost professionalism answering questions, solving problems, and making independent decisions. Position: Development Representative- hybrid- 4 days onsite, 1 day at home
Shift: Day Shift – Full Time- 40 hours/week
Experience:
1. Two years of professional work experience required.
2. One year of Development experience, preferably in healthcare or education, is preferred.
3. Must have ability to use advanced components of a personal computer: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Raiser’s Edge.
Education:
1. High School Diploma / GED required.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
