Temp-to-Perm Chief Compliance Officer

A leading non-profit client seeks an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Association's compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
• Verify compliance programs at the Association are sufficient for identifying, preventing, detecting, and reporting noncompliance
• Verify internal controls in connection with financial reports
• Other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors and committees

Requirements include leadership experience in compliance functions, developing and overseeing enterprise-wide regulatory compliance programs, corporate governance experience, and collaboration with legal teams. Prior experience with legal risk management in advocacy-based organizations is preferred.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
