Communicating effectively with multiple hotel departments and clients alike, a Group Coordinator exemplifies strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Requested Tasks
-Work closesly with clients and the hotel sales team to establish and oversee group room blocks.
-Create reservation booking links and manange call-in reservations for group blocks.
-Set up accurate billing for group reservations
-Generate reservations reports for clients and hotel saes team
-Assist hotel operations team in blocking rooms for guest arrivals
