The Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates to fill open positions
- Communicate with clients daily regarding their needs
- Prepare and maintain reports
- Place candidates on temporary assignment
- Keep employee database up to date
- Manage employees
- Perform various administrative duties
The Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience working in the staffing industry or in a HR role is preferred, but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Must be available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
