What are the responsibilities and job description for the Principal Business Analyst position at Manhattan?
Technical project manager responsible for managing, planning and coordinating projects to include all aspects of system design for major new modules or pieces of functionality from design to delivery. Oversee projects from a business requirements perspective to include performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Manage execution of project plans and processes to include resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation and on-time delivery. Oversee identification and resolution of major gaps in requirements. Lead User Interfaceprototypingfor very complex screens and entire modules, and conduct complex system integration testing. Manage prioritization of desired features. Serve as product expert for new sales and growth opportunities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related technical or business field
5 years of experience developing application software or 5 years of experience implementing or executing supply chain planning/execution software directly in the corresponding business domain (i.e. Point of Sale, Store Inventory and Fulfillment, Business Intelligence, Order Management, SCI/Visibility, Transportation, etc.) or 5 years of experience in supply chain related operations managing software implementations / design similar to Manhattan's products
3 years of this experience should include the use of design frameworks, patterns, and tools to provide software design specifications for the supply chain domain.
