Responsibilities
- Assist in coaching our Zaban Sharks swim team program under the supervision of the Head Coach.
- Present on deck at practices and work with specific age groups to help our swimmers develop competitive skills.
- Being flexible to work during evenings, mornings, and weekends in alignment with practice and swim meet schedules.
- Closely with other coaching staff to maintain a consistent training approach across all age groups.
- Being dedicated to promoting a positive attitude, academic achievement, and personal growth among team members.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in coaching swim teams.
- Profound expertise in competitive swimming techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with program participants, parents, and members.
- Current CPR/AED Certification (Adult and Pediatric) required.
- Possession of all necessary coaching certifications (USA Swimming, ASCA), or willing to get certified within the first 6 months of employment.
- High-school diploma.
