Mark's Appliance prides itself on providing spectacular customer service. To that end, experience in working with the public is required. Professionalism both in the quality of the service work you perform and in the way you conduct yourself with customers is essential. Reliability and punctuality are imperative.
Experienced technicians are needed for our growing service department. If you are able to diagnosis and repair appliances we are looking for you! Training would be provided for refrigeration repair.

Each day, our service technicians work with our service manager and Service.Works software to keep an organized schedule of jobs. Technicians are outstanding with people, are great communicators to our customers, collect money, and of course, repair appliances.
Job pay is commission plus salary. Truly, you can make as much as you are willing to work in this position. Starting hours range from 8-8:30 AM at our Edwardsville store at 1507 Troy Rd. and a typical day ends between 4-5 PM. Overtime opportunities are available and would be reflected in commission pay.
