About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Marketing Assistant to support our brand activation and field marketing efforts. In this role, you won’t just hand out flyers—you’ll drive awareness, generate leads, and influence buying decisions through strategic, customer engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of sales-focused promotional campaigns, live events, and community activations
- Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm, speaking to product benefits and current offers
- Approach customers with purpose — create interest, deliver the pitch, and spark action
- Distribute promotional materials or trial offers while capturing leads and driving conversions
- Support marketing managers with event logistics, product inventory, and schedule coordination
- Monitor on-site activity, gather customer insights, and report on lead volume, engagement, and outcomes
- Maintain a polished and professional display area that aligns with the brand image
- Occasionally assist with real-time content for social media during activations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required (marketing, communications, or business coursework a plus)
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, retail, or customer-facing marketing strongly preferred
- Charismatic communicator with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Quick thinker who’s comfortable pitching on the spot and adapting to different audiences
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods at events
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
