In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events that promote our brand and connect with our audience. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and creativity will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a range of events including conferences, workshops, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.
• Manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.
• Oversee logistics such as transportation, catering, accommodations, and on-site setup for events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Prepare event materials and collateral, ensuring branding aligns with organizational standards.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and execution, with a portfolio of successfully managed events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
