We are looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant to perform duties that will assist the Club Controller with the day to day operations of the Club, including both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills and experience in accounting software, be self-motivated and self directed, have strong verbal communications and time management skills. Job duties include (but are not limited to):
- A/R - Data entry and Review
- Daily Audit work - review & edits of POS transactions
- Answer and respond to member phone calls; statement questions
- Daily Receivable deposits; remote bank processing and member receipts
- Assist with monthly statement billing and mailing
- Member database updates
- A/P - Data entry and payable check creation
- Invoice entry
- Weekly check creation
- Filing
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Previous experience with Accounting Software, POS software and databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs; Outlook, Excel and Word programs.
Salary : $52,000 - $62,400
