Description
FL Toolholders, a growing company in Livonia, MI, is seeking a skilled CNC Operator with Mazak experience. Our facility features the following Mazak machines:
- Mazak Quick Turn 250 with Fusion Controller
- Mazak Quick Turn 20 HP with Mazatrol T Plus Controller
- Mazak Quick Turn 350 with Smart Controller (newer model)
Since all our CNC machines are Mazak, there is ample opportunity for growth for a Mazak programmer/operator.
Qualifications
Position Overview:
- This is a low-production environment, typically 50 pieces or fewer per job.
- The ideal candidate must have experience programming, setting tools, and producing quality parts directly at the machine using Mazatrol at the control panel.
- We do not use 3D models or CAD/CAM software—programming is done at the machine.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding of GD&T tolerances and be able to read blueprints.
- Must possess a good work ethic, be reliable, and have a willingness to learn our specific processes.
- Applicants should have their own tools to check their work, although some tools can be provided.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
