FL Toolholders, a division of Marposs and a leader in international precision tool holder systems, fixtures, and gauges, has an opening for an experienced Surface Grinder Hand.
Position Overview:
- Work on a variety of grinding tasks, including flat grinding, grinding angles, spin table work, radius dressing, and roll checking.
- Operate multiple machines as needed to ensure production of high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding of GD&T tolerances and the metallurgy and properties of materials used in FL Tool Production.
- Good understanding of machine processes required to produce quality products.
- Practical experience with stack-up tolerances, holding close tolerances, and ensuring final fit and function.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A willingness to move between different grinding tasks and machines as required.
