Job Overview
To ensure that Mars Services customers and internal counterparts are responded to and helped daily with their scheduling requests and/or concerns
Responsibilities and Duties
• Respond to Mars Services related emails, calls and text daily in a timely manner
• Responsible for receiving info and either make immediate corrections and/or assign to proper member of management. As well as, following up to ensure your request was completed
• Responsible for dispatching jobs immediately after they have been called in and done based on department rules
• Responsible for reading, responding, and acting on incoming emails from scheduling and estimates email in a timely manner
• Assisting with internet leads that come through by inputting as needed • Responsible for ensuring all COD, Residential and non-multi-family customers are contacted following 24-48 hours of service for quality assurance
• Responsible for possessing a positive attitude every day and give the best customer service to our clients & team members
• Responsible for maintaining the storage closet organization, cleanliness, and inventory to report to office manager
• Responsible for immediately communicating emergencies to the correct contacts. Management? Police/fire?
• Responsible for answering calls immediately when on assigned to on-call for nights and weekends
• Assisting with various tasks given by management as needed
• Ensuring the schedule is full and dispatched by end of day
• Respond to internal requests from managers and technicians as needed
Qualifications
- Will need efficient typing, email knowledge and answering calls
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred
- Handling a fast-paced environment with ability to think quick, multitask and problem solve
- Background check
- Drug test
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent phone presentation skills
- Must be able to navigate through Microsoft Office and Outlook quickly and efficiently
- Must demonstrate excellent Time Management skills
