Description
Job Summary -
Provides direct and indirect care in the outpatient area under the supervision of an RN. Communicates with physicians, RN's, managers and co-workers related to patient condition status and changes. Maintains regulatory body requirements, policies and procedures and participates in performance improvement activities. Is able to perform general LPN duties in other areas with adequate supervision.
Regulatory Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.

Current State Nursing Licensure in the state of Ohio.

Current BCLS certification.

Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
