Maryland Treatment Centers Inc. is currently seeking a Full-Time Live in Recovery House Manager for our Recovery Home locations in Baltimore, MD!
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following;
Requirements
High School Diploma
Experience in substance abuse field
Excellent Customer Service Skills Required
Must be able to maintain a professional composure when confronted by demanding personalities
High attention to detail and alertness
Able to remain organized under a high volume of work and/or distractions
Drive, tenacity, flexibility, and confidence
Enthusiasm, open-mindedness, & integrity required
Acceptance of patients lifestyles
Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
*Bilingual a Plus*
The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following;
- Maintain Sober Living Program with clients
- Provide live-in supervision to sober living residents
- Monitor client recovery activities
- Provide resources for clients in all areas of daily living (i.e. recovery
- Supervise clientele in assignment of duties that contributes to upkeep
