Perks & Pay:

• A healthy compensation plan that rewards your hard work with $14.00 per hour, plus enhancements bonuses, membership sales bonuses, and gift card sales bonuses. Our pay structure ensures that your hard work is fully appreciated with appropriate compensation.
• Benefits that help you take care of yourself including health and dental insurance plans with a 50% employer contribution after 60 days, as well as a 401k with 4% employee match after 1 year.

Qualified Candidates:

• Sales superstars who aren't afraid to take the lead in connecting clients to memberships, services, and retail products -Previous sales experience is a must!
• Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Masters of customer service who makes everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone. Bonus points for previous customer service experience.
• Great teammates who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
