We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-informed Marketing Analyst to support our marketing initiatives and optimize our marketing strategies. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for generating the reports and maintaining the reporting platforms for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the narrative between marketing spend, activity, and results against KPI’s including pipeline attribution, marketing cost as a percent of sales, marketing cost per tour, and ROI.
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports, utilizing various data sources and tools to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, including ROI, ROAS, conversion rates, customer engagement, and other relevant metrics, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
- Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast marketing outcomes and trends, contributing to data-driven decision-making within the marketing department.
- Assist in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing channels, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and initiatives, and present findings to the marketing team and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
- Other Tasks as Assigned: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and enhance marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Or 7-10 years of experience in Marketing or Business Analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI) and familiarity with data manipulation and visualization techniques with a demonstrated understanding of visualization languages (e.g. SQL, Python, or R).
- Understanding of SaaS platforms for Marketing Automation (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua), Sales Engagement CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, SharpSpring), Digital (Google Analytics, Pathfactory) and Attribution (Full Circle Insights, LeanData)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in work.
Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours: 9am-5:30pm.
