Fleet Manager

As a Fleet Manager, you are responsible for vehicle maintenance processes, vendor management, and asset management of corresponding regions.

*Position will be based onsite in Lewisville, TX M-F

In addition there will be frequent travel to our regional Texas and Arizona sites as well as occasional travel to our Arkansas and Mississippi regional sites.

**MUST HAVE some mechanical experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Give direction, guidance, and support to Fleet Coordinators, both local and remote
• Work with senior leadership to develop and control the Fleet Department's annual expense and capital budgets
• Create and implement new processes, procedures, and reporting to verify fleet is maintained according to company safety standards
• Develop your team's skillset and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management
• Assist in overseeing field mechanics
• Other duties and responsibilities as required

• You have at least 5 years of progressively challenging fleet management in a construction environment
• You embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software

Salary Guidelines: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience
