What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Officer - Split Shift Morning and Swing position at Master Guard Security?
We are looking for a dependable Security Guard to join our team in a long-term position with a steady schedule and fixed work location. You will be working alongside other guards and facility staff.
Shift Schedule:
Tuesday-Wednesday 6:00AM-2:00PM &
Thursday-Friday 2:00PM -10:00
32–Hours/Week
Primary Responsibilities:
- Entrance Monitoring: Supervise and control the flow of visitors, staff, vendors, and guests entering and exiting through the main entrance to ensure security and authorized access. This is a Shelter Post.
- Screening Procedures: Professionally and respectfully inspect clients and their belongings upon arrival, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Facility Patrols: Perform routine patrols to prevent and identify any security threats, report any incidents, and support overall safety.
- Safety Oversight: Maintain a secure environment by identifying hazards, monitoring client behavior, and supporting staff with perimeter and dorm checks.
