What are the responsibilities and job description for the Unarmed Security Guard 1st and 2nd Shifts position at Master Guard Security?
We are seeking a reliable Security Guard to join our team in a permanent role with a consistent schedule and work location. You will be working with along with other security guards and staff.
Shifts Schedule:
- Individuals with open schedule will be given a priority as the needs of the post are filled.
- 32-40 Hours/Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Shelter Entrance: Oversee and authorize the entry and exit of visitors, staff, vendors, and guests through the main entrance, ensuring controlled access and security.
- Bag & Person Screening: Conduct respectful screenings of participants and their belongings upon entry, following safety protocols with professionalism.
- Premises Patrol: Conduct regular patrols to detect and prevent security breaches, report incidents, and maintain overall safety.
- Shelter Safety: Monitor the shelter during patrols, address hazards, supervise clients, and assist staff with dorm and perimeter checks.
