Job Title: Manager, Product Management

We are driving a strategic, multi-year transformation to develop new solutions on our authorization network to solve pain points for digital merchants and cardholders.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end Product Development lifecycle for our new authorization improvement products, including gathering insights, outlining strategy, developing KPIs, creating a go-to-market strategy, defining the customer experience/journey, and working in partnership with the Delivery and Technology teams to deliver roadmap capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Product Development lifecycle for our new authorization improvement products.
- Continually monitor the market landscape to get a view of competitive solutions and opportunities.
- Engage in idea generation, concept validation, business case development, and financial modeling and planning.
- Translate product strategy into a roadmap containing well-defined and prioritized user stories, and features and enablers that will realize the product vision.
- Leverage data, analytics and market insights to come up with recommendations that will drive penetration, adoption, business decisions and development of new and existing strategic solutions.
About You:
- Understanding of the ecosystem of payment processing, authorization and acquiring services.
- Technical knowledge and skill to speak on the technical aspects of authorization performance, payment processing and acquiring.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with business stakeholders, engineering and analytics teams at all levels.
- Passion for all things digital and intrinsic curiosity to understand new technology.
Total Pay Range: $137,000.00 - $218,000.00 USD Annual
