Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and mechanically inclined individuals to join our team as CNC Machine Operators. In this role, you will operate and monitor CNC grinding equipment and related machinery to produce high-performance cutting tools with precision and consistency. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate multi-axis CNC grinding machines and related equipment
- Set up tools, inspect components, and perform in-process quality checks
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret work instructions, tool drawings, and measurement data
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with supervisors and trainers to continually increase skill and productivity
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn CNC grinding technology
- Prior experience with CNC machines, manufacturing, or tooling is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
- Dependability, good communication skills, and a positive team-oriented attitude
