Project Manager

Location: Onsite 3 days a wk; Hybrid – Office location is Newark DE

Required Pay Scale: $52-57hr W2

Position Summary

Looking for to hire a Project Manager with excellent strategic thinking, planning, organizational, and delegation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.

·Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

·Monitor project progress and manage risks effectively.

·Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.

·Oversee large-scale banking programs, including digital banking initiatives and compliance projects.

·Ensure alignment of program objectives with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

·Manage risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.

·Coordinate with IT, operations, and business units to deliver seamless program execution.

·Good understanding of Agile processes and methodology

·Quick Learner, adaptable and process-oriented

·Team player with ability to work effectively independently

·Good communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in program management or project management.

·Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.

Technical/Skills:

·Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

·Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS office, Microsoft Project, Visio).

·Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·Ability to present project updates to stakeholders and executives.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to make data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.

Desired Skills:

·Working knowledge of excel macro

·Working Knowledge of Kanban/Confluence/JIRA Dashboard

·Credit card industry experience is a plus
