Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

FP&A Manager, real estate investment firm (Seattle/HYBRID):

NEW FP&A Manager opportunity with a prestigious Seattle real estate investment firm. This is a newly created role, reporting to the CFO, adding a needed layer of FP&A and investment decision process support. You’ll maintain and tweak existing real estate models, long-term forecasts, performing P&L and cash flow analysis. Manage valuations, ROI, scenario analysis, providing insights, commentary, and materials for Board presentations. Assist with Treasury, lead projects that improve processes, deliver key financial analysis on a variety of real estate assets for investment decision support. Ideal role for BA in Finance/Accounting or related, 5 years, real estate industry experience, Yardi experience, and background roots in accounting/audit. Comp range to $150K DOE, healthy bonus potential, outstanding retirement plan, great benefits. This is a HYBRID role in Seattle, with company paid parking or ORCA card.
