Title: RN Charge WKE - ICU Stepdown
Position Shift: Weekends 7p-7a
Position Summary:
* The Charge Nurse is responsible for unit and shift leadership: oversight & planning, directing & mentoring, staff assignments, scheduling, providing and evaluating nursing care using critical Thinking, professional judgment and leadership skills.
Credentials / Education:
- Current and valid licensure as Registered Nurse Required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing Preferred
- Must start a BSN program within 6 months of employment
- Must obtain BSN within 24 months of starting BSN program
- 1 Year Related Nursing Experience in a Hospital Setting Required
