Recruiting Coordinator

We’re searching for a highly organized, self-motivated Recruiting Coordinator to help streamline the hiring process during a period of rapid growth at an innovative blockchain start up. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love the art of scheduling, and have a deep respect for candidate experience, you’ll fit right in! The role will report to the Head of Operations and work cross-functionally with founders, engineers, and external stakeholders. Bonus points if you’ve worked in Greenhouse and enjoy learning about the ever-evolving Web3 space!

The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

The City: San Francisco

The Schedule: Hybrid/Remote (Part-time/Contract)

The Money: $30-$35/hour

The Day-to-Day:

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling
• Provide clear communication and logistics to candidates and interviewers
• Monitor and update candidate records in Greenhouse
• Serve as point of contact during interviews
• Support ad-hoc recruiting projects and initiatives
• Champion a five-star candidate experience from first contact to offer
