This position is located at Concordia Apartments; our 168-unit community in Lakewood.

Job Summary:
Our leasing consultants perform activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals, resident retention and direct interaction with prospective and current residents. This includes managing on-site traffic, leasing apartments, preparing lease documentation and completing move in paperwork.
Duties/ Responsibilities
- Greeting future residents
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Scheduling leasing appointments and presenting the available rental units through personal tours
- Maintaining guest cards and inputting data into Yardi
- Assisting in marketing the apartment community and generating traffic
- Tracking of accounts receivable
- Completing deposit accounting
- Processing payables as needed
- Collecting rent and handling account issues
- Preparing spreadsheets and reports for the Community Manager as needed
Requirements
- 1 year of residential leasing experience is preferred
- Experience with Yardi is preferred
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Must be enthusiastic, reliable, organized, and able to multi-task
