Full-Time Instructor Opportunities in Chicopee and West Springfield
40 hrs = (M-F, flex-start between 7am-8:10am, 8 hour shifts plus 30min unpaid midday break)
1 mandatory morning meeting per week at 7am or 7:40am
Make a real difference in the lives of children and adolescents (ages 3–21) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a Teacher Assistant/Paraprofessional/Instructor, you’ll provide direct classroom support, implement intervention strategies, and help students build critical skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Your Impact:
-Support lead teachers in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
-Assist students with personal care and behavioral interventions.
-Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
-Use ABA strategies to promote communication, social skills, and independence.
-Document student progress and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.
What You Need:
-Age: 18
-Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
-License: Current and valid U.S. driver’s license
-Availability: 40-hour work week, M-F, 8 hour days plus a 30-minute unpaid midday break. This is a year-round program.
