Summary:
A trust and estates paralegal provides support to probate attorneys by working with clients who need legal services regarding wills, estate planning, and estate taxes. As a trust estate paralegal, your job duties include researching estate and probate law, drafting legal documents such as wills and trusts, providing client consultations, and managing administrative tasks on behalf of your supervising attorney. Your responsibilities include preparing documentation for the lawyer to have on hand during hearings in probate court.
