What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a bar back to support our bartenders and ensure the bar runs smoothly during every shift. This is a perfect role for someone who’s quick on their feet, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has aspirations of becoming a bartender. If you’re personable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a team that values hospitality and teamwork, we’d love to meet you.

• Efficient and Organized: You’re great at prioritizing tasks and staying on top of what needs to be done.
• Physically Capable: You can lift up to 40 pounds and are always ready to restock and set up the bar.
• Personable: You bring a friendly, positive attitude to every interaction with team members and guests.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things that keep the bar clean, stocked, and running efficiently.
• Team-Oriented: You thrive on collaboration and are always ready to step in and help.
• Aspiring Bartender: You’re eager to learn about bartending, cocktails, and the art of hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Restock and organize bar inventory, including glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and ready for service, including wiping surfaces and removing used items.
• Support bartenders by preparing garnishes, refilling syrups, and keeping workstations ready.
• Handle trash removal and ensure bar areas meet health and safety standards.
• Anticipate bartender and guest needs to keep service running seamlessly.
• Exhibit a positive, team-oriented attitude during every shift.
