Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of medical professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. The Manager will be expected to provide high-quality patient care, while also promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients.
- Utilize Athenahealth and other electronic medical records systems to document patient information and coordinate care.
- Ensure that all medical procedures are performed safely and efficiently, including phlebotomy and gastric lavage.
- Implement and maintain infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of human anatomy and apply this knowledge to diagnose and treat patients.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage and resolve conflicts between team members and ensure that all staff members are working together effectively.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members to ensure that they are able to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of medical procedures and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
Requirements:
- A degree in a medical field, such as nursing or medicine.
- Experience in a managerial role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and the ability to perform diagnostic evaluations.
- The ability to lift and move patients and equipment, as well as to suture wounds.
- Proficiency in using Athenahealth and other electronic medical records systems.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of medical professionals.
- A commitment to infection control and a thorough understanding of the importance of maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
