- Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of attorneys while engaging directly with clients.
Requirements:
- 4 years of litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
- Strong commercial litigation background, with excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Admission to the New York Bar (New Jersey Bar admission is a plus).
