Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle, ATV, or UTV that suits their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about the features, benefits, and specifications of various models.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct test rides and demonstrate product features to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales deals.
- Stay updated on current promotions, inventory, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong passion for motorcycles and power sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Valid driver's license and motorcycle endorsement.
