In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Help Desk Technician.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Log all requests for assistance (tickets) in the Help Desk Database (BOSS Helpdesk)
- Provide technical computer assistance (diagnose and apply recommended solution) to users or escalate the ticket to appropriate IT staff
- Report urgent problems to the IT staff immediately
- Manage Help Desk calls/emails to resolution
- Provide technical telephony assistance to users
What you need to bring to this role:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent minimum
- Ability to approach situations with energy and enthusiasm
- A good customer service attitude is required and expected
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
