Surgery Dept/ OR RN With 2 plus years OF SURGERY EXPERIENCE
Familiar with EMR ( We utilize CERNER)
Hospital orientation through HR and in-service&then Unit orientation with nurse manager 1-2 day shift then 1-2 night shifts with staff RN&.orientation / competency binder to be completed.
***Please note: this assignment will work 80 hours every 2 weeks; no exceptions***
