Responsibilities:
- Oversee client billing
- Trust Accounting
- Monthly financial reporting
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Payroll
- Profit sharing and 401K
- Work closely with managing partner to assist with profitability analysis, budget and financial planning and all financial aspects of a growing law firm
- Manage one employee that assists with financial matters
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years related experience in a professional environment with strong preference for law firm experience
- BS in accounting or finance
- Prefer a Certified Public Accountant, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and Tabs3 a plus.
Salary : $68,000 - $125,000
