The dining room manager is responsible for overseeing the front of the house operations to ensure guest satisfaction and protect our brand promise. The dining room manager needs to make sure that all the operations within the dining setting run as smoothly as possible. The dining room manager is normally involved in activities like supervision of the staff, scheduling, hiring and training of new employees, overseeing food preparation, visiting tables, creating relationship with customers and handling customer complaints. The following are responsibilities associated with the dining room manager role: - Monitor the service that has been rendered to customers. - Make sure the employees adhere to our standards.
-Attend to or address all customer related issues to maintain customer satisfaction at all times.
-Oversee the inventory of all dining room supplies.
- Help in recruitment and training of suitable employees.
- Make sure that a clean and healthy dining area is maintained at all times.
-Attain excellent menu knowledge.
