Melbourne Flight Training is the leading flight school on the Space Coast of Florida. We desire visionary team members to join our growing flight school. Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Prioritize safety above all. 
• Support the Flight Operations Manager and assist with the execution of all company directives. 
• Perform Customer Service related duties as necessary. Including but not limited to the following: 
  • Answering phone calls, emails and voicemails. 
  • Assist dispatchers with scheduling flights for student pilots.
  • Reconciling daily paperwork and assisting dispatch team with Oil Inventory. 
  • Manage and reconcile billing daily, to include unpaid reservations and collect as needed.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and tidy bathrooms as needed throughout shift. 
  • Manage customer accounts and assist customers with flight training goals. Communicate customer issues with flight operations leadership. 
  • Maintain customer profiles, ensuring all required documentation has been obtained.
  • Monitor weather on an hourly basis. 

Qualifications:  

• Ability to stand for extended amounts of time. 
• In Person position 

• Flexible Schedule: 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Hours of Operation: 0630-2200
• Possess a can-do attitude and self-starter mentality.
• Organized Individual 
• Holds appropriate customer service experience. 

Preferred Capabilities:  

• Aviation experience preferred but not required.
• Possess time management skills 

Weekends, Evenings, Holidays Required.
