Position: Bilingual Intake Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to process intake applications in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Process intake applications by telephone to gather information regarding the legal issues involved and an applicant‘s eligibility for legal services.
- Input paper intake applications from community partner referrals, walk-in applicants, and individuals receiving services at legal clinics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in a front desk or intake role at a law firm, non-profit, or other professional services company.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and OneDrive.
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
