MHAOK is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Tulsa. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with property management tasks, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all property regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with residents
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree in property management or a related field OR 2 years of experience in property management.
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Experience in property management is preferred
