As a Front Desk Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safety and Security: Monitoring surveillance systems, conducting regular property checks, and enforcing property rules.
- Resident Support: Assisting residents with various needs, including payment processing and incident reporting.
- Administrative Duties: Managing administrative tasks, such as shift logs and report writing.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with Resident Assistants and Pool Staff to ensure smooth operations.
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with individuals with mental health challenges (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Food Handler's Permit (required within 90 days of hire)
