Position Details
The position is a case manager who is responsible for providing community-based services to consumers referred by the Orange County Department of Social Services. Case managers meet with consumers twice a month while assisting them address any barriers or limitations they may face. The goal is to help consumers reach self-sufficiency by returning to the workforce or obtaining Social Security benefits.

- One year experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Valid driver's license
- Must own reliable transportation.
- Have exceptional communication skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Work collaboratively with team.
