Requirements Skills / Experience:

  • 3 plus years of proven luxury automotive sales experience
  • Proven track record in both sales volume and CSI
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to ask for the sale.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to assess individual client wants and needs.
  • Experience working under time constraints and managing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to sudden changes while moving the sale forward.
  • Ability to think innovatively while being results driven.
  • Able to recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Able to cooperate, working together with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to manage and organize your work load and activities

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Welcoming customers while building rapport
  • Utilizing a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the Customer needs
  • Creating a great vehicle delivery experience for the Customer
  • Following up with Customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches
  • Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
  • Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively assist Customers
  • Transition Customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
  • Providing an exceptional overall customer experience to drive loyalty
