Basic Qualifications
Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in business-related field preferred.
Skill(s): Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient typing skills; ability to operate PC equipment and sufficient knowledge to use PC software or other applicable software; knowledge of various office machines; organizational skills; visual and auditory skills.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years' experience in related administrative support positions normally required.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties for executive officers and the Board of Directors; coordinating work within the department as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information.
Essential Duties
Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties for executive officers and the Board of Directors of which the following are illustrative:
1. Prepares Board packets prior to each Board meeting, records minutes of each Board meeting.
2. Maintains shareholder information on ledger or module.
3. Disburses shareholder dividends.
4. Makes arrangements for the annual shareholder meeting; coordinates and prepares agenda and materials.
5. Maintains Bank’s policies and reviews dates, as necessary.
6. Types correspondence, memos, forms, tables, reports, etc.; utilizes word processing equipment/software to prepare documents as appropriate; inputs data into computer.
7. Answers and places telephone calls; assists callers if possible or transfers calls to the proper individual or department; takes and delivers messages.
8. Maintains record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts, and files correspondence, forms, reports, and other documents; maintains records and files, often of a confidential nature.
9. Opens and sorts mail; prepares outgoing mail.
10. Arranges meetings and conferences, schedules appointments, makes travel and hotel arrangements, and maintains a schedule of CEO's commitments to avoid conflicts.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.94 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
