A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
The Clinical Supervisor will serve as the team lead, provide direct care, assist with identifying clinical training needs, supervision, and technical assistance to therapists and CDCA that will enable them to deliver high quality therapeutic services to patients. A Clinical Supervisor provides high quality therapeutic services to consumers/families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team while adhering to state and funding source regulations/guidelines. The Clinical Supervisor will work in collaboration with the department management and clinical services to ensure staff and patients needs are met to promote health and wellness
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLINICAL SUPERVISOR
Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required; LPCC, LISW, or LICDC required, supervisory designation preferred.
