Events Project Manager
Merrell Bros, Inc., a national biosolids management company, is currently seeking a dynamic manager to join our Events Division Events team. The Events Project Manager will report directly to the Events Division Manager and will supervise a team of individuals based at various projects throughout the US (travel consists of long-term out of state work.) The ability to successfully lead activities related to customer relationships and operations in a safe, environmentally conscious manner will be a critical part of this role. Flexibility in daily activity and responsiveness is essential to the regulatory requirements for various event projects. A background in mechanical equipment operation will be strongly considered. Maintaining Merrell Bros. 30 year reputation is a top priority in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental & regulatory requirements
- Oversight and Project Management of operations for various event projects.
- Responsible for managing and leading a team of belt press operators and semi drivers.
- Communications with upper management team.
- Collection and organization of all paperwork and reporting.
- Ensuring efficient customer experience with subcontractors and customers.
- Meeting Production Goals Efficiently
- Repairing and Maintaining Equipment
- Willingness to travel throughout the country up to 75% or more each year

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
