Resident Care Assistant (Evening Shift) - PineCrest

We are currently seeking a Resident Care Assistant to work the evening shift (2pm-10pm).

The Resident Care Assistant will:

• Administer the care of residents under the supervision of licensed staff and assists professional nursing staff by performing routine tasks in the care of residents
• Assist residents in adapting to changes that may occur due to illness and normal processes of aging
• Useone-on-one and group relationships to facilitate participation in activities, support interest, develop and sustain capacities and adaptive skills of residents
• Lead and coordinatevarious types of activities and programs for the residents
• Assistin the development and implementation of care plans

• High school graduate or equivalent is desired.
• Two years of resident care experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant.
• Must have a working knowledge of basic patient care procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
