Metro Vein Centers is a fast-growing medical organization that is looking for a Registered Vascular Technologist RVT or RVS to join our company. The RVT is expected to share our commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care with exceptional customer service. The RVTs work as an extension of the Metro Vein Centers Physicians to perform vascular lower extremity ultrasound exams for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. The RVT is expected to demonstrate technical competency and the ability to work in a busy environment while balancing the needs of patients and maintaining an efficient workflow.

The RVTs work as an extension of the Metro Vein Centers Physicians to perform vascular lower extremity ultrasound exams for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic venous insufficiency. The RVT is expected to demonstrate technical competency and the ability to work in a busy environment while balancing the needs of patients and maintaining an efficient workflow.
- Perform and record the results of ultrasound evaluations and post-treatment exams in a safe and professional manner for the patient.
- Assist physician in ultrasound-guided procedures i.e. Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy and Varithena.
- Communicate preliminary examination results with the physician for their review and diagnosis.
- Document results of ultrasound evaluations and record the preliminary report in EMR.
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and organized work environment by following the highest quality care standards.
- RVT ARDMS or RVS CCI certification required
- 2 years of allied health approved program and/or Associate Degree
- Current experience with venous insufficiency studies preferred
